What we collect
To process your order and ship goods to you, we collect:
- Identity: your name, phone number and email address.
- Order and enquiry data: what you asked for, quantities, delivery address, payment reference.
- Device and usage data: IP address, browser and pages visited, for security and to understand how the site is used.
How we use it
- Processing your orders + refunds.
- Keeping you informed about your order or enquiry, by SMS and email.
- Customer support and dispute resolution.
- Anti-fraud, security, and compliance (KYC where required).
- Anonymous, aggregated analytics to improve the product (no individual identification).
Where it lives
Your data is held with established cloud providers, encrypted in transit and at rest, and only the staff who need it to serve you can see it. We keep it for as long as we need it to handle your order and meet our legal obligations, then delete it.
Your rights under NDPR
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct any data that is wrong or out of date.
- Ask us to delete it, subject to records we are legally required to keep.
- Withdraw consent for marketing messages at any time.
- Complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC).
